Brief History

01 March 1938 joined the SS and first served at Lichtenburg.

1939 she was assigned to Ravensbrück.

15 May 1943 transferred to Auschwitz Birkenau.

1944 transferred to Hindenburg.

January 1945 returned to Ravensbrück.

February 1945 she arrived at Bergen-Belsen where she was in charge of the pig sty to the rear of Block 9.

12 April 1945, travelled to Neuengamme

13 April 1945, recalled to Bergen-Belsen.

17 September 1945. Stands trial at the 'Trial of Josef Kramer and Forty Four others' at 30 Lindenstraße, Lüneburg. Charged with Count 1 and Count 2

17 November 1945. Sentenced to death by hanging.

13 December 1945. Death sentence carried out at Hameln prison.
